This study began with gaining stakeholder alignment on key business goals. Then our team developed a research protocol for consistency in our interviews. Analysis of the collected data revealed key themes our users expected with hotel booking and their stay.

This research project is designed to examine issues surrounding personal health monitoring through wearable fitness trackers and their accompanying applications. Specifically, setting goals and pursuing them, syncing data to the app and making use of the data collected.

Glendora Public Library Information Architecture
The current site is technologically outdated and displays a lot of information that is overwhelming to users. To improve the site, we created a mini-site so that the library page has its own navigational structure that functions independently from the city website.

Papa Johns Usability Study
Largely based on intuition and not data, Papa John’s has several key concerns with their existing site. They are asking that we evaluate their web-based ordering functionality to ensure it performs effectively for all users regardless of demographic variables like age and technological savviness.
