About Erica

Over the last 10 years, I’ve built my career as an in-house graphic designer. Focusing on a single company’s brand has provided me with the challenge to assess and improve visual brand experiences and find creative ways to stand out competitively in oversaturated markets.

In 2021 I completed a degree in user experience design which has allowed me to think bigger than visual experiences and focus on the usability of the experiences and how it affects users. Through research, empathy, and logic we can enhance our brand experiences in a way that is meaningful to all audiences.

I thrive on collaboration and truly believe that nothing great can be achieved without the collective skills and passions of everyone on the team. This mindset has created opportunities for me to lead projects that have directly affected yearly sales goals and consistent increases in consumer product adoption.
